Overall experience was excellent. Product came promptly and was exactly as described. Very pleased with the product. Also, customer service was excellent. I ordered a standard chain for my daughters 18th and realised once received that I should have ordered the 14" choker. I contacted Potiega and explained and without hesitation said they would send another necklace. We received the new necklace within 4 days. Very happy with the product and customer service we received. Would definitely recommend.
